Each guest room at the Hyatt measures approximately 400 square feet (sizes may vary), making them among the most spacious in the Rocky Mountains. Some are larger and some have a walkout balcony. The rooms boast a seating area with tables and chairs, a television set, a refrigerator, and more. The majority have a double marble vanity in the bathroom. The décor is in keeping with the mountain lodge ambience of the resort hotel, adorned in rich tones of floral reds and deep greens.

Deposit Policy:
A one night room & tax deposit is charged to a credit card upon booking. This is refundable until 21 days before the arrival date. Within 21 days, the deposit is non-refundable. The full balance is due upon check-out of the hotel.

Cancellation Policy:
The deposit on account is refundable prior to 21 days before the arrival date. Within 21 days of the arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable.

Check-in time is after 4:00 p.m.; check-out time is 12 noon.

Room rates are guaranteed through June 7, 2007 and are guaranteed for three days pre- and post-event depending upon availability.
